2nd Saturday mornings
6:30 am to 8:30 – This practice consists of 108 prostrations, an hour of chanting and two 25 minute rounds of sitting. Kong-an interviews will be given by Rebecca Otte, JDPSN. Sitting a little longer is a good way to strengthen your practice. Please join us!
Sunday afternoons at 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Sunday practices:
- First Sunday: Zen Meditation & consulting interviews with Richard Brown, SDT (stands for senior dharma teacher) during practice
- Second Sunday – Dharma Talk after sitting with Q&A afterward
- Third Sunday – Open Air Zen – If you know of someone who is interested in Zen but would like to just dip their toe in Zen waters, please invite them to join us for this special, easy practice every 3rd Sunday. We will have a practice that is a little lighter. It will include just a little chanting and a shorter round of sitting. There will be more teaching, talking and snacks.
