January 5 – March 30th – Heart Kyol Che. Kyol Che is a three month meditation retreat at the Diamond Hill Monastery at Providence Zen Center. Because many people are unable to go to the monastery, Heart Kyol Che was developed. During this three months, we commit to a more dedicated practice and vow to maintain it in solidarity with those who are sitting at the monastery. Heart Kyol Che forms will be sent out in the coming weeks for you to fill out. Richard and Rebecca can be available to help you decide what you would like to do and will give you support for the three months.
