July 26-27 – Yong Maeng Jong Jin 2 day meditation retreat led by Rebecca Otte, JDPSN.  The retreat begins Friday evening with special chanting, reading of the Temple Rules and an encouragement talk and orientation.  Saturday practice begins at 6:00 am and ends at 8:30 pm.  Kong-an interviews are given during the day.  There are rest periods.  Meals are taken in a traditional monastic 4 bowl style.  The retreat ends at noon on Sunday.  You may sit all or part of the retreat.  Late entry times are 9am, 1pm, and 6:00 pm.  Fee for the retreat is $25/day.  No one is turned away for an inability to pay.  If you have any questions, please email [email protected]Register here.

August – No retreat

August 11- September 1 – 21 Day Challenge – Research Shows that it takes 21 days to begin or reinforce a habit. Join us in committing to fine tuning our meditation habits. Extra consulting interviews (and encouragement) will be available on Zoom. Watch the newsletter for more information.

September 21 – One Day Retreat – This is a one day meditation retreat with concurrent consulting interviews with Richard Brown, SDT. Be sure to bring your own sack lunch.

October – No retreat

About Registration Retreat registration is very important so that we know how much food to buy. Our registration forms also include payment information, a place to mention food allergies, contact information in case of unexpected changes, emergency contact information, and lodging needs.
