Comments from Deep Dive graduates about the class

This was such an enlightening class! Rebecca and Richard are amazing souls. I had zero experience going in and it was super chill. The space was welcoming, encouraging and educational. I think this class is great if you’ve never sat on a mat in your life or if you’ve sat for decades.  Kae

I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to take the Deep Dive into Zen class and it significantly helped my practice! Rebecca and Richard are incredible teachers and they make learning simple and fun! I especially love how they give everyone time to ask any questions they have. This class gave me exactly what I needed to get more involved in Zen Buddhism.  Jimmy

More comments from Deep Dive graduates and other recent students about their Zen experience

After listening to podcasts on zen for years, I am very grateful for this past year of experience with Prairyerth Zen. Thanks to those who have been committed for so long and sharing the teachings and practice. Lots of wisdom here.  Bob

Our sangha and the Dharma room are where I can find peace, love, and myself – and from that place, be able to serve others. Learning Korean Buddhism has been such a blessing and I have been able to find true balance and peace within myself. This practice is the most welcoming and wholesome place I’ve come to find.   Sarah

I am so grateful to be part of such an amazing Sangha. Everyone of you has inspired me both on and off the mat. Thank you for making this such a great space.  Kae
